Jacqueline Rosado is an associate attorney at Silverberg|Brito, PLLC. Born and raised in Miami, her passion for the legal field drives her to help the less fortunate with their legal problems and further the public good by representing others against large corporations. Jacqueline leads and supervises her team through every stage of litigation, from inception of a case to settlement/trial, with communication, transparency, quick decision-making under pressure, and confidence. Being bilingual sets Jacqueline apart from most of the attorneys in this field, especially representing Plaintiffs.
Jacqueline received degrees of Juris Doctor, Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Minor in Global Media Communications in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication from St. Thomas University School of Law (May 2018) and Florida International University (May 2014) respectively. Throughout her academic career, Jacqueline served as a Staff Editor at St. Thomas School of Law, she made Dean’s List from Fall of 2015 – Spring 2017, and was a member and ambassador for the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. During her years in Law School she gained experience interning with the Honorable Judge Spencer Eig in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, Criminal Division. Additionally, she assisted legal counsel and the Senior Director at Spirit Airlines with the company’s annual proxy statements from April 2016 through February 2017.
Jacqueline is committed, honest and dependable and brings an analytical approach to her cases. Outside of the office and the court, Jacqueline loves spending time with her family, her dogs, reading books and watching movies. In pre-COVID times, Jacqueline loved traveling and hopes to continue her journeys soon.
